Leave Rules

Leave application duly signed by the parents/ guardian should reach the school in time.
Leave for three days will be granted by the class teacher and for more than that period, permission of the Principal on recommendation of the class teacher will be considered.
In case of long illness the leave applications must be supported by Medical Certificate.
A fine of Rs.5/ per day shall be charged from students of 1st to 4th Classes, Rs. 10/- per day for classes 5th to 8th, Rs. 15/- per day for classes 9th and 10th and Rs. 25/- per day for classes +1 & +2 (All Streams) who will remain absent from the school without application.
If the student remains absent from the school for six days in a month without getting prior permission , the Principal may strike off his/ her name from rolls of the school without notice. Readmission in such cases will be entirely at the discretion of the principal on payment of fresh admission fees.
Leave during examination days under unavoidable circumstances (Natural Calamity etc.) can be sanctioned by the Principal only.
Leave for days when school functions are held will be sanctioned by the Principal only.
