Examination & Promotion

  • There will be two unit tests in the months of May and December. Besides these 1st Term Examination and Second Term Examination will be held in the Month of September and March respectively.
  • Unit Test for May will cover the course done during April & May.
  • First Term Examination will cover the course done during April to September.
  • Unit Test for December will cover the course done from October and November.
  • Second Term/Annual Examination will cover the syllabus done from October to March (for classes Nursery to 8th).
  • Each student must get 40% marks in each subject for promotion to next class. Students absent from an examination without grave reason will be considered as having failed. In case of illness, the doctor’s certificate must be produced.
  • No student shall be eligible for promotion unless he/she puts in an attendance of at least 85% of the total number of working days.
  • Students using unfair means in the examination will be given zero.
  • Results declared at the close of the year are final in all cases and will not be reconsidered in any form.
