God resides only in clean and green environment.Taking care of the environment is very important in today’s time.In this regard, a tree plantation drive was organised in G.H.G Public School , Sidhwan Khurd on 22nd July 2023 for the purpose of campus beautification and to create an awareness among students to safeguard the environment. A special morning assembly was organised in which a speech was given by Ms Harpreet Kaur (PGT Commerce) . Anshdeep Kaur from +2 Non Med and Gurleen Kaur from +1 Med recited a poem,Gurnoor Kaur from +2 Arts and Nandini from +1 Non Med delivered a speech,Madhvan Sood and Manvir kaur from +1 Comm C took a pledge on this occasion. In order to make the environment clean and green , students from class 9th to 12th planted different types of saplings in school campus .The drive was organised by members of Eco club of the school under the guidance of Respected Principal Sir, Mr. Pawan Sood.The Principal of the school appreciated the students for their participation to make the drive successful.
