Communication skill is the ability to convey ideas and feelings with the purpose of better understanding with one another. Interpersonal skill is our behaviour that we are using to interact with others whether we are in work place, social gathering or in a family.

Communication skills are essential to allow others and yourself to understand information more accurately and quickly.Keeping in view the importance of Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Guru Hargobind Public School, Sidhwan Khurd organised a Seminar on ‘Communication and Interpersonal Skills ‘for the teachers in collaboration JCI Ludhiana City on 1st April 2023. The Resource Person of the day was JC CA Sakshi Mahajan ,Zone Trainer,JCI INDIA . JC Vinay Jain, Vice President,JCI Ludhiana City also joined us as a guest. In training session ,the Resource Person gave emphasis on the importance of Good communication Skills(Verbal,Non Verbal, Visual)and Interpersonal skills( Active listening, Managing conflicts, Motivating others ,Team work, Persuasion etc.)in life through various interesting activities.She also told that only a good listener can be a good speaker .At the end, the Principal Mr. Pawan Sood thanked JC Vinay Jain for helping to organise this Session and presented a token of thanks to the resource person JC CA Sakshi Mahajan for sharing her valuable views and time to grace us second time with her august presence on this seminar.He also motivated all the staff members to overcome their fears, anxieties, stage fears,hesitation as the Resource Person guided the teachers with their active participation in no.of activities.
